Peter V. Sperling is Chairman and co-founder of CallWave. Sperling is also a founder, Senior Vice President, executive committee member and board member of the Apollo Group, Inc., (NASDAQ: APOL) the parent company of the University of Phoenix, the largest private University in the U.S. Sperling is also the chairman and a founder of Communication Services, Inc.; a Phoenix, AZ based full-service communication engineering and construction firm serving the U.S. Coast Guard, FBI, Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. commercial wireless industry. In addition, Sperling is chairman of Ecliptic Enterprises, a Pasadena, CA based provider of integrated space imaging and telemetry and payload deployment systems for NASA, JPL, the NRO and the commercial satellite industry; and he is also a principal in Daedalus Real Estate Advisors, a developer of commercial office and industrial property.
Mr. Sperling earned a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, at Santa Barbara.

Jeff Cavins is a technology veteran with over 19 years of senior-level experience in emerging growth technology, software, internet, and digital media companies. Prior to CallWave, Mr. Cavins served as President and CEO of Loudeye Corporation (NASDAQ: LOUD), a global leader in digital media distribution technology, which was subsequently acquired by Nokia. During his tenure, he expanded the Company globally, developed strategic partnerships with such companies as Microsoft, Nokia, and Virgin, and grew shareholder value by over 1700 percent.
As Senior Vice President for Exodus Communications, a leading managed hosting and interactive web services company, he was responsible for almost a billion dollars in revenue, 1100 employees and strategic partnerships with such industry leaders as Google, Yahoo!, and MSN. Prior to that, Mr. Cavins serviced as President and CEO of CSI Digital and spent nearly a decade in the Broadcast Division of Sony Corporation.
Mr. Cavins is a member of the Board of Directors for CallWave. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Human BioMolecular Research Institute in San Diego and Jacent Technologies in Santa Clara.
Jerry Murdock

Jerry Murdock is a Managing Director and the co-founder of Insight Venture Partners. Since Insight's inception in 1995, he has played a leading role in defining the company's investment strategy and has been primarily responsible for the development of many of the firm's portfolio investments.
Mr. Murdock currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Beatport, DivX (NASDAQ: DIVX), Dorado Software, DriveCam, and Quest Software (NASDAQ: QSFT). He serves as a trustee of The Aspen Institute and of the Santa Fe Institute.

Jeffrey O. Henley is currently Chairman of Oracle Corporation, and formerly served as Oracle's Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President from March 1991 to July 2004. Prior to joining Oracle in 1991, Henley served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Pacific Holding Company, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Saga Corporation. He also served as Director of Finance at Memorex Corporation, and as controller of international operations at Fairchild Camera and Instrument Corporation.
Mr. Henley is Chairman of the Mid-Pacific Region Trustees for Boys & Girls Clubs of America. He holds a Bachelor's degree in economics from the UCSB and a MBA in Finance from UCLA.
Raj Raithatha

Raj Raithatha was elected as a director on October 2, 2006. Mr. Raithatha previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Versatel International NV, a provider of fixed and mobile telephony products. Prior to being named Chief Executive Officer of Vesatel, Mr. Raithatha served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Versatel, Mr. Raithatha served as the European Chief Financial Officer for ACC Corporation, a provider of long distance switched and private line telecommunications services.
Mr. Raithatha holds a degree in economics and mathematics from the University of Cardiff, Wales, and is a Qualified Chartered Accountant.
Osmo A. Hautanen

Osmo A. Hautanen was elected as a director on October 2, 2006. Mr. Hautanen currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Magnolia Broadband, Inc., a fables semiconductor-design company for the cellular communications industry. Prior to joining Magnolia, Mr. Hautanen served as the Chief Executive Officer of Fenix, LLC, and Formus Communications.
Mr. Hautanen holds a Bachelor of Science in Control Engineering from the Technical College of Varkaus (Finland), as well as an MBA in international business from Georgia State University.
Manny Rivelo

Mr.Rivelo is a member of the Cisco Development Council, the CDO senior leadership team that is collectively driving Cisco's engineering and development and executing against joint goals and priorities. He joined Cisco in 1992 as a systems engineer and moved into positions of increasing responsibility within Cisco's Worldwide Sales Team. In 2000 he was named Cisco's head of Worldwide Technical Operations in addition to leading the Worldwide Systems Engineering organization. In 2001 he assumed additional responsibility for Worldwide Field Process and Technical Operations.
Prior to joining Cisco, Mr. Rivelo worked in various engineering roles with JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Bell Labs.
