We're seeking an experienced candidate for the role of Manager, Data Analyst. The position will report to the Director, Online Marketing and will be located in San Francisco, CA.
The position will support marketing campaign management and product marketing decisions through development of customer segmentation models, response modeling, cross/up-sell modeling, churn analysis and predictive modeling; develop best practices and integrate learning into future campaigns; identify new opportunities for sales and marketing campaign execution.
Participate in the creation of marketing management reporting through refinement of profitability and lifetime value models, segment penetration and development, customer acquisition and turnover analysis. The successful candidate will proactively integrate best practices into analytics function, and identify innovative ways to support online marketing, product marketing and sales through the use of analytics.
The candidate must have:
- Minimum BA/BS in quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or related; or in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar with significant quantitative experience.
- 2-3 years experience in data mining and modeling with techniques such as decision trees, cluster analysis, regression analysis; online marketing analysis experience strongly preferred.
- Must have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Must be inquisitive, creative, results oriented, and focused on problem solving.
- Must understand business needs and proactively provide insight via analytics.

We're seeking an experienced candidate for the role of Manager, Affiliate Marketing. The position will report to the Director, Online Marketing and will be located in San Francisco, CA.
The Affiliate Manager is responsible for helping shape the ongoing strategic direction for all Callwave Affiliate Programs and then owning the execution of those strategies. In addition to deep experience in affiliate marketing, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate programs targeting the SMB market (small and medium businesses). Other duties include the following: Identify and recruit relevant top producing affiliates. Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates. Actively consult with key affiliate partners on ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives through recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote. Research and analyze the affiliate marketplace to identify trends that can positively or negatively affect the business. Actively consult with key affiliates on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives through recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote. Respond to questions and requests from key affiliates. As Callwave continues to grow, become a training, information and advice resource for junior level staff. Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals. Work tightly with rest of Marketing team to identify and refine top producing offers. Manage communications between tech and creative teams to ensure all deliverables are met. Screen current and potential affiliates for fraudulent activities. Analyze reporting, as well as partner insights, to recommend strategic improvements.
The candidate must have:
- Bachelors degree or other relevant field experience
- Specific knowledge and experience in online affiliate advertising required; experience with other online Marketing channels preferred

The Customer Advocate is responsible for providing personalized care to VIP Customers. The candidate will become a first point of contact for VIP customers and will provide those customers with a high quality of care. He/she will be responsible for answering customer calls, deciphering customer's questions/comments, documenting customer contact and working with both internal tools and staff to resolve issues. Will provide support to the Sales department in support of closing VIP accounts. Will provide support to standard customers when not working with VIP customers. The candidate will be required to take off-hours calls from their assigned customers, possible including weekend calls. The candidate may be required to work non-standard hours. The perfect candidate wants to delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty, has intimate knowledge of the customers needs, has empathy for the customers situation, is able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech, talks in a way the customer can understand, has a "thick skin" and is able to handle complaints, even when handling unpleasant customer, works accurately and with an eye for detail, handles situations in the best interest of both the customer and company, is able to use automated information systems to analyze the customers situation, is able to suggest improvements to the various communications by the company (e.g. Website, FAQ, etc.) has a pleasant, friendly style, and is willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer.

The Account Executive's primary responsibly is developing and growing a client base for our products and services. The successful candidate will have experience and proven success in negotiation, communication, problem solving, business development and closing skills in a fast paced, high technology environment. S/he will make calls and conduct in-person and online meetings with key managers and senior executives, for the purpose of promoting our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships. The candidate will participate in networking events, trade shows, and product demonstrations to establish the CallWave presence.
