If you're a new EarthLink Internet Call Waiting customer and you're not sure if you are "activated" yet (e.g. receiving outside calls via EarthLink Internet Call Waiting and hearing those messages on your PC speakers), or if you are having trouble with your EarthLink Internet Call Waiting service, please run the EarthLink Internet Call Waiting Service Test. This test will check your activation status, ensure that your EarthLink Internet Call Waiting service is up and running, and help you correct any problems you may have.

To run the test: First, make sure you are online. Then click the Menu button on the EarthLink Internet Call Waiting window.

How do I activate my Internet Call Waiting Service/ How do I know it is working properly?
Activating your Internet Call Waiting Service is easy! Start by checking the activation status by clicking the Menu button selecting "TEST MY SERVICE". This test will make sure everything is working properly. If we find any problems well give you simple instructions for how to fix them.

How do I record a personal greeting that my callers will hear when they reach me?
To record your personal greeting, just call 1-877-854-2861 (toll-free) and follow the instructions.

How do I reinstall (for example, on another computer)?
If you'd like to reinstall the software, please click here.

How do I cancel?
In order to cancel the EarthLink Internet Call Waiting service, we first need to verify that you are the account owner.

Note: Canceling the ICW service does not cancel your "Call Forward on Busy" service. To cancel the "Call Forward on Busy" service, you will need to contact your local phone company.
