Tell Your Friends Sweepstakes - Official Rules

1) HOW TO ENTER: $250 Cash Sweepstakes (Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of valid entris received):
Monthly Drawing Entry: Each of the Monthly CallWave Tell Your Friends $250 Cash Sweepstakes drawings, during the promotional period begins on the 10th of the month at 12:00:01 AM PT and ends on the 9th of the following month at 11:59:59 PM PT ("Promotional Period"). To enter each monthly drawing, go to http://www.callwave.com/members/tyf/default.asp and complete the Tell Your Friends entry form provided during each of the Promotional Periods and click submit. Entrants must submit their name, valid email address, and a valid referral email address to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Each entrant may enter as many valid email referrals as they desire. Each unique valid email referral will constitute one entry. There is no limit to the number of times an entrant can submit an entry. If entrant does not want to complete and submit the Tell Your Friends form online, the entrant may enter the sweepstakes by mail, which must be received by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on the 9th of the month. To do so, print name, address, city, state, ZIP code, complete email address, and referral email address/addresses on a 3 1/2 x 5 piece of paper, insert in an envelope and mail to: CallWave Tell Your Friends Sweepstakes #1 c/o CallWave, P.O. Box 609, Santa Barbara, CA 93102. All entries become the property of CallWave. By entering this sweepstakes, participants, without limitation, release and hold harmless CallWave and its affiliates, licensees, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind in connection with this sweepstakes or acceptance and use of a prize won. Entrant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to all the rules.

2) PRIZE: $250 Cash. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Void where prohibited by law.

3) PRIZE DRAWING: There will be one winner randomly selected on or around the 11th of the month from all valid entries received. If the winner does not respond to notification of the prize by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on 18th of the month, a new, randomly selected winner will be chosen. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of valid entries received. In case of a dispute, the decisions of CallWave are final. The winner will be notified by email upon which time winner must provide CallWave with a valid mailing address. Allow 4-6 weeks after verification of winner status for the receipt of prize by mail. CallWave is not responsible for any late or lost entries, or any technical malfunctions that may occur. If in CallWave's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, then CallWave reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes, conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible online and write-in entries received as of the termination date, or to terminate the sweepstakes and drawing altogether. Should the sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the CallWave web site.

4) ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open to participants residing in the United States. Any individual under age 18 is not eligible to participate, unless such individual's parent or guardian consents to the individual's participation and agrees to provide written consent for the use of the winner's name. Employees and immediate family members of CallWave, their affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible.

5) WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT: By acceptance of prize, the winner consents to the use of their name in any publicity carried out by CallWave, Inc. and its agencies. Information about the winners can be obtained by writing to CallWave Tell Your Friends Sweepstakes #1, c/o CallWave, P.O. Box 609, Santa Barbara, CA 93102.
