If you do not already have fax viewing software installed on your PC, we recommend the following, depending on which file format you use:
PDF file format:
Adobe Acrobat Reader. For professional and business users with a fully licensed CallWave Fax service, CallWave now offers PDF formatting. Acrobat Reader is a free download from the Adobe website. Download the Adobe Acrobat reader now.
XIF/TIF file format:
Windows Users
Pagis Viewer from ScanSoft, Inc. Like Windows Imaging from Eastman Kodak, the Pagis viewer is free. We have found this viewer to be slightly easier to use than Windows Imaging and it is also an easier / quicker download. Download the free Pagis Viewer 2.0 now. Follow the directions on the screen for downloading and installing the software.
Note: You must run the Pagis Viewer software once after installing it before you can view your faxes.
Macintosh Users
Mac users will need to download this shareware viewer — Graphic Converter from Lemke Software. Version 3.6 or later is required. You may need Aladdin's Stuffit Expander to unstuff Graphic Converter. You can download Stuffit Expander from Aladdin Systems. You may have to configure your email client to recognize Graphic Converter as the File Helper for CallWave Fax files, which are formatted in TIF file format.
