1. How Do I Screen Calls on My Cell Phone (Mobile Call Screening)?
When someone dials your CallWave Number, your cell phone will ring. Once you answer it, you can "listen in" to your caller as they are leaving you a message. Your caller won't be able to hear you! If it's important, press 1 to take the call. Or, let it go to voice mail and CallWave will continue taking a message for you. You decide when you want to talk!

2. How Do I Transfer Calls to My Home or Office Phone (Mobile Call Transfer)?
If you're like most people, you get a lot of calls on your cell phone while you're at home or in the office. Simply press 2 at any time during your call, and we'll automatically send it to your regular phone. When you transfer a call to your home or office phone (a landline phone), you are no longer using your cell phone minutes and get the best quality connection possible.

3. How Do I Get Calls on My PC?
With CallWave's software installed on your PC, we can detect when your cell phone is off and can send your call to your home or office computer. You can click a button to talk to your caller or hear your caller's message on your PC speakers.

4. What About My Current Cell Phone Number?
Keep it - it still works. However, you can only screen and transfer calls when someone has called your CallWave Number - so if you want these features to work, simply tell friends and family to dial your CallWave Number. Bet your current cell phone number can't do that!

5. How Do I Check Messages?
From any phone, dial your CallWave Number, then press *. CallWave can also send you a text message every time you have a new message or missed call on your cell phone. With CallWave's unique software, messages are also saved on your PC - making them easy to review, save and forward to friends and family. When you listen to messages on your PC, you are not using your cell phone minutes.

6. How Do I Save Messages?
Once you've listened to a message, press 9 to save it. Also, CallWave's software saves messages on your PC - making them easy to review, save and forward to friends and family.

7. How Do I Forward Messages?
With the CallWave software, messages are saved on your PC. From your CallWave window, right-click on the message, then click "Save Message As." Save this .WAV file on your PC, and you can forward the file via email to friends and family. Click here to get the software now at no additional cost!

8. How Do I Record a Greeting?
To record a greeting in your own voice, please dial your CallWave Phone Number, press * and follow the prompts.

9. How Do I Turn On or Off Text Message Notification?
CallWave can send a text message to your cell phone every time you have a new message or missed call. To turn this off or on, please click here.
