Configuring Call Waiting

About 50% of CallWave customers have Call Waiting. If your callers hear continual ringing, or an incoming call disconnects you when you're online, you'll need to temporarily disable Call Waiting to use CallWave. It's easy to set up your computer to do this automatically — it will temporarily turn-off Call Waiting when you connect to the Internet, and then turn Call Waiting back on when you get offline. We've created simple instructions for the most popular Internet Service Providers (ISPs) below. It only takes a minute!
