Oops... Didn't mean to delete a message?
You're checking your messages and accidentally click the wrong button. "Poof" - the message disappears into thin air, never to be heard again. Don't worry; you can get those messages back. In fact, you can retrieve up to 10 of your most recently deleted messages!
To undelete a message, open your CallWave window and click MENU. Select UNDELETE LAST MESSAGE. That's it! In fact, if you keep clicking UNDELETE, CallWave will bring back your ten most recently deleted messages.
Not sure how to get CallWave on a new computer?
From your new computer, visit www.callwave.com. To install the CallWave software, click REINSTALL CALLWAVE at the bottom of the page. Once the software has finished downloading, you'll need to complete the registration page. You can have CallWave software on more than one PC. Be sure to register with the same phone number and password.
I'm moving and will have a new home phone number. How do I make sure CallWave will still work?
If you're moving somewhere new, it's easy to take CallWave with you. After you've moved, open your CallWave window and click MENU. Then click UPDATE EMAIL, PHONE, PASSWORD. When the options panel appears, select the REGISTER tab.
You should see all of your registration information (name, email address, phone number and password). Change the phone number shown on this screen to your "new" phone number (you can also change your email address if necessary). Then click O.K. CallWave will run a service test to make sure everything is working, and we'll let you know the results.
